In 2020, NYSDOT began a design-build project to reconstruction two bridges that carry the Saw Mill River Parkway over the Saw Mill River in Mount Pleasant and Pleasantville, Westchester County. MJA’s community liaison coordinates with local municipalities, residents, and elected officials to provide them with information and updates related to the project. The community liaison works with local residents and elected officials to address concerns, and prepares presentations to update local municipalities on the project. The community liaison also coordinates with the project team to facilitate the required public notice for project-related permit applications.
