Katie MacDougall, Senior Project Manager

Katie MacDougall, Assoc. DBIA, WEDG is a Senior Project Manager at Melissa Johnson Associates, with responsibilities including the implementation, participation, and guidance of engaging communications programs on MJA’s portfolio of transit, transportation, and resiliency projects. She is skilled in facilitating conversations and addressing community feedback to ensure stakeholders’ voices are heard and addressed.

Katie has experience across a variety of city and state agencies, including the New York City Housing Authority, New York City Economic Development Corporation, Battery Park City Authority, New York State Department of Transportation, New York City Department of Transportation, and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. She has implemented comprehensive outreach campaigns that enable agencies to effectively reach stakeholders and build strong relationships.

Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Reed College. She also obtained her Graduate Certificate in Sustainability from Portland State University.
