Sebastian Gikas, Project Coordinator

Sebastian Gikas is a Project Coordinator at Melissa Johnson Associates, supporting the firm’s marketing, proposal, and community engagement operations. He brings prior experience conducting in-person and virtual outreach in both the public and private sectors to his work at MJA.

Sebastian supports MJA’s marketing materials, website, and contact database, and oversees the firm’s social media presence. He contributes to teaming outreach efforts with partner firms as well as proposal development and writing. Drawing on his outreach background, he also supports the firm’s community engagement work through on-site and phone outreach, with projects spanning agencies such as MTA, NYCHA, NYSDOT, and NYCEDC.

Sebastian is a rising senior at Gettysburg College, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Writing.
