Olivia King, Marketing & Proposal Coordinator

Olivia King is the Marketing and Proposal Coordinator at Melissa Johnson Associates. Under her marketing role, she manages the firm’s social media and website. As proposal coordinator, she is responsible for identifying potential projects and teaming opportunities, conducting direct communications with potential primes regarding new projects, and fulfilling submittal requests from those primes. She handles outreach to potential clients upon new project approval to ensure MJA’s continuous growth. She is skilled in professional communication and time management with limited and rapidly approaching deadlines. 

Olivia has experience with a variety of projects, processes, documents, and communications. She maintains detailed accounts of submittals, deliverables, deadlines, wins and losses, ensuring nothing falls by the wayside. As projects progress, Olivia shares updates on significant milestones via social media and the MJA’s website.

Olivia is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Advertising with a specialization in Creative Advertising.
