In 2022, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority initiated a project to replace two historic Harlem Line truss bridge structures in Fleetwood and Scarsdale, Westchester County, New York.
MJA is supporting the environmental review and analysis for the NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act) decision-making process, and is responsible for supporting the project’s public involvement program, including a series of public meetings to inform the public about the project. MJA is preparing presentations, print and digital project materials, newsletters, and other support materials to engage the public and impacted stakeholders.
