The Metropolitan Transportation Authority's 42nd Street Midtown Corridor Projects are a series of construction undertakings to redevelop, improve and replace numerous MTA facilities and components along the 42nd Street corridor. The project focuses on infrastructure improvements at several locations including Bryant Park Station and Grand Central Terminal. These improvements consist of elevator and escalator replacements, accessibility improvements, and upgrades to the MTA facilities used by many commuters daily.
Melissa Johnson Associates is assisting with communications and coordination for MTA and the project team. Additionally, we are providing support to the executive team to manage communications and scheduling, and to facilitate coordination of multiple aspects of management for this complex project.
Our communications strategy ensures that project and stakeholder needs and concerns are communicated and addressed through the duration of construction. We collaborate with all stakeholders to leverage project assets and resources, and to maintain focus on dialogue with the community.
