Ruju Joshi, Project Associate

Ruju is a Project Associate at Melissa Johnson Associates, responsible for communication efforts supporting diverse transit and transportation projects. As an urban planner, she has experience in transportation planning, infrastructure development and public engagement.

Currently for Melissa Johnson Associates, Ruju is part of the outreach team for MJA's portfolio of NYCHA projects, including the NYCHA Wilson Houses, NYCHA Manhattanville Houses, and NYCHA Moore Houses PACT projects. She is also responsible for assisting with outreach and engagement on several of MJA's NYCEDC resiliency and parks projects.

Ruju holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Design from the Center for Environmental Planning and Technology (CEPT) University, Ahmedabad, India, and is a graduate student at Columbia University.
