Julia Alcott, Operations Manager

Julia is the Operations Manager for Melissa Johnson Associates. In her role, she manages the firm's day-to-day business operations and provides support in the areas of staff management and support, company benefits, contracts, vendor management, logistics, risk management, and financial management.

Prior to joining Melissa Johnson Associates, Julia worked in business development for a software company. She was also a teacher in New Jersey for several years. Julia is a graduate of Monmouth University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English and Early Childhood Education.
