Crystal Joseph, Senior Project Manager
Crystal Joseph, ENV SP, is a Senior Project Manager at Melissa Johnson Associates, responsible for managing community outreach and engagement on MJA's Penn Station Access project. She brings experience supporting numerous community-based projects throughout the New York City metropolitan area, where her specialization has been in grassroots and educational outreach.
Crystal previously served as a community liaison for New York City Councilmember Inez Dickens, where she coordinated district events, corresponded with constituents about community issues, and provided briefings, as well as caucus and legislative committee meetings. She also worked for NYCDEP, where she worked on the Water-on-the-Go initiative and NYC Green Infrastructure Plan, collaborating with the Mayor's office to hold special events in all five boroughs.
Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs and Communications from Baruch College, and a Master of Arts in Urban Affairs from the City University of New York Graduate Center.
